It’s time to celebrate the old year and welcome the New Year with Champagne, international bubblies and delicious dishes!  Enjoy a convivial and elegant evening celebrating all that sparkles with Mary Ross, Advanced Sommelier while savoring food pairings designed to perfectly enhance each wine. Mary's seminar will cover “the night they invented Champagne” and production of the world’s other fine sparklers. Tasting includes Champagne, 3 prominent sparkling wines and a French 75 (classic sparkling wine cocktail).
