- Katsudon (Japanese-Style Fried Pork Cutlet) with Dashi, Egg and Mushroom Rice
- Quick Pickled Cucumber-Ginger Salad with Green Onions
- Sauteed Eggplant and Cabbage with Miso Sauce
- Soba Noodle and Wakame Salad with Sesame Dressing

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
