• Chicken Paprikash with Egg Noodles 
• Thai Coconut Cauliflower Bisque with Cilantro and Scallions

Skills covered in class: 

• Getting familiar with Eastern European, Italian and Thai ingredients
• Knife skills
• Selecting and braising chicken
• Working with fresh herbs and spices
• Working with whole grains and dark leafy greens 
• Balancing flavors
• Preparing brothy and pureed soups

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
