Hands-On Seafood on the Grill

Don't have the confidence to grill fish? Our Chefs will help you conquer your fears with important techniques and delicious recipes to set you up for a successful grilling season in this hands-on class. Grilling classes take place outdoors on our patio. In case of inclement weather, class will be moved indoors and taught as a hands-on cooking class with an emphasis on using indoor grill pans.

  • Grilled Scallops and Fennel with Roasted Red Peppers, Mint and Harissa Aioli  
  • Snapper Grilled in Banana Leaves with Smoky Pineapple-Black Bean Salsa

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
