Come explore the exotic and fresh flavors of Thailand! In this hands-on class, we'll teach you how to balance the quintessential flavors of Southeast Asia- sweet, sour, salty and spicy- so you can confidently prepare the vibrant and exciting flavors of Thai cuisine. This menu just happens to be gluten free and dairy free!

  • Tom Kha Gai (Spicy Chicken and Coconut Milk Soup)
  • Tod Mun Pla (Thai Fish Cakes) with Sweet and Spicy Cucumber Relish
  • Grilled Thai Beef Noodle Salad with Chili-Lime Vinaigrette

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
