Hands-On Neapolitan Pizzeria

Mamma Mia! In this hands-on class, you’ll master the art of creating authentic Neapolitan pizzas.
 
Menu:

• Kale Salad with Crispy Pancetta and Parmesan 
• Pistachio Pesto, Italian Sausage and Fontina Cheese Pizza 
• Spinach, Mushroom and Roasted Garlic Pizza with Provolone
• Quattro Formaggi White Pizza

Skills covered in class: 

• Working with yeast dough 
• Cooking on a pizza stone and using a pizza peel 
• Making vinaigrette 
• Balancing flavors 
• Making fresh herb and tomato sauces

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
