- Working with rice paper and dumpling wrappers
- Making shrimp fillings
- Dredging and pan-frying chicken
- Making Asian sauces
- Working with rice noodles
In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
