Eat your way through sunny Spain as you celebrate this colorful, flavor-packed cuisine. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make traditional favorites including paella, Spain’s national dish.

  • Selecting shellfish
  • Determining shellfish doneness
  • Mixing cake batter
  • Determining cake doneness  

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
