Hands-On Family French Brunch

Bring the whole gang for a family French-inspired brunch class! Have fun working together to prepare a menu everyone will love in this hands-on class. Ooh La La! This hands-on class is designed for children ages 6 and older to cook with their parents, families or guardians.

Menu: 

• Pear and Mixed Green Salad with Dried Cranberries, Fennel and Champagne Vinaigrette
• Quiche Lorainne (Eggs, Ham and Cheese)
• Roasted Potatoes with Fresh Herbs 
• Crêpes with Nutella, Jam and Chantilly Cream

• Selecting pears
• Making vinaigrette
• Balancing flavors
• Blind baking pie dough
• Making egg custards
• Selecting and roasting potatoes
• Working with fresh herbs
• Making crêpe batter
• Whipping cream

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
