Mocktail Happy Hour with Mixologist Christophe Bakunas

Join us for Dry January as we taste two creative and seasonal zero-proof cocktails prepared by mixologist Christophe Bakunas. This interactive tasting includes a mini cocktail lesson where you’ll learn about how to build a mocktail, flavor combinations and essential bar tools to better further your knowledge. This is a great way to get your evening started, especially if you roll right into one of our evening classes (signup required). Snacks will be provided, and all bottles of zero-proof spirits purchased during our tasting will be 10% off.

Mocktails we’re tasting this evening include:

• Spritz for All (Aperitif Alternative, NA Sparkling Wine, Orange)
• Canella Winterana (Whiskey Alternative, Lemon, Cinnamon-Spiced Simple Syrup)
• You’re a Rose (Oolong, Hibiscus, Edible Flowers)
