Join us for a fun and educational night out as you learn how to prepare three bright and fruit forward cocktails while exploring the beauty and complexity of tequila and mezcal. Spirits expert, Christophe Bakunas, will share his passion for these spirits as he walks you through the artisanal production, decodes the multiple varieties of tequila and mezcal and takes you on a journey to understand the rich and colorful history of these mysterious spirits. Christophe will discuss cocktail standards, best practices for building cocktails and how to be creative on your own. Additionally, he will teach you important bar lingo so you can sling for yourself, or order like a pro next time you’re at the bar.
