Have fun cooking an assortment of authentic, Spanish small plates in this hands-on class. 

  • Salpicon de Mariscos (Grilled Shrimp, Squid and Crab Seafood Salad with Piquillo Peppers)
  • Goat Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms with Crispy Serrano Ham
  • Albondigas (Spanish Meatballs) in Tomato Sauce
  • Roasted Patatas Bravas (Crispy Spiced Potatoes) with Aioli

  • Getting familiar with Spanish ingredients 
  • Selecting and grilling shellfish
  • Determining shellfish doneness
  • Balancing flavors
  • Working with fresh herbs
  • Selecting ground meat
  • Preparing ground meat mixture
  • Making tomato and cold emulsion sauces
  • Selecting and roasting potatoes

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
