In The Chopping Block's hands-on class, you’ll learn how to build balanced, flavorful meals using vibrant seasonal produce, whole grains, and lean proteins. Explore techniques that make healthy cooking satisfying, simple, and delicious. You’ll leave with practical skills, fresh inspiration, and recipes you’ll want to make again and again.
This special evening begins with a coach-led Orangetheory workout - an energizing, science-backed blend of cardio and strength training- at 4:45pm at Orangetheory at 4728 N. Lincoln Ave. in Lincoln Square. The workout will be followed by a healthy cooking class at The Chopping Block across the street to help you refuel with vibrant, nourishing dishes. - Curried Chickpea Stew with Red Peppers and Swiss Chard
- Farro Grain Bowl with Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Beets and Apples with Apple Cider Vinaigrette
