Take your sushi skills to the next level! In this hands-on class, our chef will teach you how to select and properly cut fish for creating intricate maki rolls and hand rolls, and show you fun and new techniques for making impressive sushi. Our chef will also explain the process of making and seasoning sushi rice, and get you acclimated with the other key ingredients and tools necessary for making successful rolls. Our Sushi Workshop is not a prerequisite for this class.
