If you have a sweet tooth and a passion for wine, then this is the class for you! We have created an exciting hands-on dessert class combined with wine pairing for the ultimate tasting event. Students will spend the first portion of class preparing the desserts, and then sit down for a tasting of three carefully curated wines paired with the desserts for an unforgettable experience. Information about the wine’s characteristics will be provided by your chef for a better understanding of why the desserts and wines are a perfect match and are examples of harmonious flavor profiles. The wines tasted during class will be 10% off.
