Hands-On Mediterranean Mezze

Jump on board and travel to the Mediterranean with us as we prepare a variety of mezze- savory snacks- perfect for enjoying on a hot summer day. In this hands-on class, we’ll unlock the bold and bright flavors of the Mediterranean!
 
Menu: 

• Marinated Artichokes with Roasted Peppers, Olives and Feta
• Roasted Garlic Hummus with Homemade Pita Chips  
• Grilled Chicken Shawarma Kebabs with Cucumber Tzatziki Sauce
• Roasted Lamb Chops with Chermoula (Fresh Herb Sauce)
• Tabouleh Salad with Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Mint and Lemon

• Getting familiar with Mediterranean cuisine 
• Roasting peppers
• Balancing flavors
• Preparing bean dips
• Selecting chicken and lamb
• Grilling chicken
• Roasting lamb 
• Preparing yogurt sauces 
• Working with grains
• Selecting tomatoes 

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
