Dive into the world of Asian cuisine in this immersive, hands-on class! Come embark on an adventure while learning about the vast and diverse flavors and ingredients found in China, Japan, Korea and Thailand. We’ll focus on how to balance sweet, savory, sour and spicy, make dumpling dough and noodles from scratch, learn several cooking techniques and knife skills to give you the knowledge and confidence needed to replicate these dishes at home. Get ready to take your Asian cooking to the next level!   

Menu: 

  • Velvet Beef Chow Fun with Rice Noodles  
  • Mapo Tofu with Ground Pork and Steamed Rice 
  • Steamed Mandu Dumplings (Cabbage and Glass Noodles) with Homemade Dumpling Wrappers and Gochujang Sauce  
  • Thai Shrimp Cakes with Green Papaya Salad 
  • Japanese Zaru Soba (Homemade Soba Noodles with Nori, Sesame and Dashi-Soy Dipping Sauce) 
  • Okonomiyaki with Pork Belly and Tonkatsu Sauce
