Delicious desserts are easily achievable without the wheat! We have developed some amazing, foolproof goodies that we would like to share with you in this hands-on class!

- Getting familiar with gluten-free flours
- Making, rolling and blind baking pie dough
- Selecting chocolate
- Mixing batter
- Determining cake doneness
- Preparing quick dough
- Whipping cream
In this hands-on class, four students will be grouped together at a table while working together to prepare the desserts. Groups will eat together at their cooking stations while being spaced out from others at their tables as much as possible. Should you wish to have your own group or table, you will need to reserve 4 seats.
