Each month, a different TCB chef will design a menu pulling from their own personal inspiration and knowledge. During this fun and casual demonstration class, you’ll enjoy tastings of Chef Neal’s menu inspired by his collection of culinary notebooks. From his experiences cooking in professional restaurants to his personal recipe collections, Neal has curated a special menu full of his creative exploration. Class includes a glass of wine selected by the chef to complement the pairing. This is a great way to come meet our chefs, pick up some culinary tips, discuss recipe ideas and learn what we do at The Chopping Block!
