In this hands-on class, we’re taking a trip to Italy and exploring the cuisine of Sicily, the largest island in the Mediterranean. We’ll take a journey through the flavors, traditions and vibrant ingredients of this culturally diverse region. With influences from Roman, Arab, Greek, French and Spanish cultures, you’ll experience why Sicilian food is so unique and exciting.

- Bruschetta with Caponata and Whipped Goat Cheese
- Busiate al Pesto Trapanese (Spiral-Shaped Pasta with Tomatoes, Basil and Almonds)
- Grilled Swordfish with Caper, Parsley and Garlic Sauce
- Cannoli with Ricotta and Pistachios
